The aim of this course is to evaluate national and international decisions, health policies and legal regulations that affect health systems, health and nursing services at national and international level. This course covers national and international decisions, health policies and legal regulations related to health and nursing.

The aim of this course is the transfer of the basic principles that will enable the master thesis to be written in accordance with scientific rules. Within the scope of the course, the principles of scientific research and important issues in writing the thesis will be discussed.

 

This course covers the fundamentals of emergency nursing, ethical and legal issues in emergency care, and education in emergency nursing. It includes patient triage and documentation, professional practices in emergency nursing, diagnostic tools and system-based assessment of emergency patients, and age-specific assessment approaches. The course also addresses the transfer of emergency patients, preventive strategies to improve patient outcomes, and the roles, authorities, and responsibilities of emergency and trauma surgery nurses.

The aim of this course is to comprehend the importance of leadership in nursing in line with the basic concepts and theories related to leadership and to have the necessary theoretical knowledge to be a nurse leader. This course is based on the use of nursing leadership basic concepts and theories in nursing services management.

Students will prepare a thesis under the supervision of a faculty member by researching on a subject that is suitable for their academic foundations. The thesis should include the development of nursing care and practices related to the Surgical Nursing Program and should make an original contribution. Graduation candidates have to defend their thesis in front of a jury appointed by the program.
