Specific  Admission Requirements

Admission of students to the Computer and Information Sciences Graduate Program is done according to the Doğuş University Graduate Education and Examination Regulations. The language of instruction is Turkish.

General admission requirements for students are given below:

 1.Must receive the minimum grade from one of the following exams:

  • ALES: Quantitative 55 (Must be taken within the last three years)
  • It is not desirable for programs without thesis.

2. Candidates must have a degree in one of the following areas:

  • Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a program similar to these disciplines.
  • The applicants from other engineering programs can apply to this program. The accepted applicants should take the courses given in the preparatory program.

3. The graduation general average mark from his/her under-graduate program should be at least (GPA) 2.00/4.00.
4. Applicants have to take and be successful in the interview conducted by the Department
5. Decision for acceptance to M.S. program is based on the weighted average consisting of 50% of ALES (GRE) grade, 10% of B. Sc. GPA and 40% of interview grade.
