Application Criteria
Students are admitted to the PhD Program in Electrical and Electronics Engineering according to Doğuş University Graduate Education and Examination Regulations. The language of instruction is Turkish.
General admission requirements for students are given below:
When applying as a Master's Degree Graduate,
- To have a Master's Degree from all Engineering Branches. Students who enrolled and graduated from the Non-Thesis Master's Degree Programs before 06/02/2013 can also benefit from this program. Students coming from branches other than the field and accepted to the program must complete the Scientific Preparation program.
- When applying as a Master's Degree Graduate, they must have an ALES standard score of not less than 55 points in ALES Numerical score type from the ALES exam conducted centrally by ÖSYM, or they must have an equivalent score from one of the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) and Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) exams, which are international exams accepted by the Council of Higher Education.
- A minimum score of 55 points from the Central Foreign Language Exams Accepted by the Council of Higher Education and International Foreign Language Exams Accepted as Equivalent or an equivalent score from International Foreign Language Exams Accepted as Equivalent by ÖSYM (TOEFL IBT: (72), CAE: (C), PTE: (55) is compulsory.
